The release you didn't think existed is here, the last release by Taken By Sleep, "Anthology"

We stopped playing shows and went our separate ways at the 2015/2016 turning point, but felt these few songs we had written shouldn't go lost forever. They are the last memories of us, and we hope you enjoy them.

1. Intro - We opened our sets with this one, and only had the chance to play it a few times. We had originally repeatedly hit the neck of the guitar on stage to create the hard hitting sound you hear mid-song.

2. Build Up - This was a song we played on stage while changing tuning and instruments and it just played as background music to fill empty space.

3. Eggland - This is an instrumental song that was in the works for a long time. The vocal part never really came together and by the time we were done recording it, we decided to leave it as it is. The origins of its name might never be known.

4. Turtles Cute Little Hands - This song was recorded almost ad-lib one evening while with Craig Zombar. We needed some background track for a video he was making, and figured this would fit well.

5. The One With The Guitar - An old demo of what became "Slow Beginnings". This version features Nate on the guitar, and Katie on drums. The song was called this because this was written while we were still only writing songs using a synth keyboard.

6. Stoner Anthem (Wiz Fuck Khalifa) - The last lyrical piece we wrote, and one of the only songs we had a chance to write with Nick. This song went through many stages before it became structured like it is now.
